I have been creating all of my life. As a child using whatever I could find in nature with my grandmother. She taught me how to look at all things in a different way and imagine the different possibilities. My Dad taught me that if you can think of it, you can make it. My Mom taught me to be persistent. As I got older, crafting of all kinds became my personal therapy of sorts. I have been married to my wonderful husband for over 50 years and am the mother of 2 beautiful daughters and a grandmother to 2 fabulous grandchildren, and a Great Grandmother to 4 adorable children! I worked in the radio industry for more than 30 years until 15 years ago when a devastating stroke ended my career. I was completely paralyzed on one side and was told that I would probably be in a wheelchair the rest of my life. I was 57 and this was just not an option. So after much therapy and hard work, and lots of prayers, I am almost 100%.
